**ARCHITECT**
Christopher Kidney is a licensed architect in Arizona and Indiana with over 18 years of experience ranging from high-end custom residential projects to large commercial and industrial projects throughout Michiana. With over a decade of design-focused project experience throughout the country, Christopher applies an innovative approach, and unique design concepts to each project.
Christopher’s diverse portfolio, combined with his depth of knowledge to manage projects of all sizes and scopes, adds to our team effort, delivering the best Design-Build solutions for our customers.

**ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER**
Jordan Anderson, Assoc. AIA brings 4 years of construction experience in architectural designing of commercial buildings and project management. He is highly skilled in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp and has experience in the 3D rendering programs of Lumion and Enscape. He loves working in a team environment. His passion in architecture is helping people turn their dreams into a reality.

**VICE PRESIDENT**
Dave Paston brings 37 years is cost estimating with 29 years at Majority Builders. Job functions include pre-design budgeting and client guidance during project development on Design/Build projects, evaluating client construction options to align with client’s quality, functional and aesthetic needs. Continual cost monitoring and reporting during plan and specification preparation .
Also preparing initial construction schedules and cash flow analysis for projects, preparing written proposals defining scope of work included, coordinating cost and material requirements with Project Managers, reviewing sub-trade bids for completeness and accuracy, working with subcontractors to achieve best pricing, and determining best plan to expedite overall project delivery time and quality.

**VICE PRESIDENT**
Gary Paston brings 29 years of construction experience. Job functions include providing pre-construction services ranging from initial budgeting, schematic design and estimating. Cost monitoring through final design, schedule and aligning clients’ budgets and expectations. Preparing project schedules, reviewing sub trade proposals for competitiveness and accuracy. Coordinating with operations team to provide best-plan practices to expedite the completion of the project to be time and on budget.

**PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR OF SITE UTILITIES AND EXCAVATION**
Shane Blotkamp brings 18 years of construction experience. His responsibilities include project management of site infrastructure, earthwork and drainage. Communications with governing agencies, permitting, erosion control and Clean Water Act requirements. Teaches and trains personnel in required equipment and safety programs.

**ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS ESTIMATOR**
Kevin Einspahr brings 19 years of construction experience. He holds all electrical licenses for the electrical division at Majority Builders. Knowledgeable with Takeoff Electrical Lighting, Switchgear, Power, and Low Voltage systems. He has Design build experience with projects ranging from $20k to $1.5m in electrical division. Processes invoicing, subcontracts, and day to day operations.

Should we build, restore or renovate?

While this decision can sometimes be difficult to answer, we work with you to help determine what will be best in your situation. There are many variables to consider, but Majority Builders will work with you to better identify and understand your needs that will result in the right solution.

RESTORATIONS

Restorations - Building restoration is the action or process of accurately revealing, recovering or representing the state of a historic building as it appeared at a particular period in its history, while protecting its heritage value. Restoration includes preservation, leaving as much material untouched as possible, reconstruction to replace missing elements, and repair work to bring the building to a historically accurate condition in one particular time period. This may include removing some historic building elements (after documenting them) to make the building historically accurate.

RENOVATIONS

Renovations can often be identified as a great option and alternative to the building from the ground up option. Choices can include a combination of our design build and general construction process. It very much contains the element of our design/build service model. If the project size requires the extended involvement the process of both our remodel service and our design/build service flow seamlessly together, maintaining the same involvement and convenience. Again we will work with you throughout the process to help your remodeled and growth plans align strongly with your mission and vision.

Additions

Rather than completely tearing down an existing facility that you know and love, it may be more prudent for you to alter, expand, or enhance your existing building. These projects take on the same processes as our general construction services, utilizing the expertise of our team to not only envision a new space, but how that will flow with our clients existing space. It is our goal to not interrupt your day-to-day business, and to be as seamless as possible as we make the client’s desired renovations. We consider how these additions will be used, what they are needed for, and how best the old space can be re-imagined and reconfigured to fit with a new vision. Our architect and engineers will work with your team to incorporate existing structures into the new, and upgraded facility you envision.
