Performing Arts Hall at Stanley Clark School | South Bend, IN
Majority Builders was awarded the contract on this 7,800 square foot, 372 seat Laura and Jack Boyd Smith, Jr. Performing Arts Center at The Stanley Clark School. The project consisted of the demolition of an existing building and construction of the new Performing Arts Hall located at 3123 Miami Street in South Bend, Indiana.
Christ the King Catholic School Addition | South Bend, IN
Majority Builders was selected to build this 26,013 sq. ft. Christ the King Catholic Church School addition located at 52473 S R 933 South Bend, IN 46637. This project included a gymnasium with boys and girls locker rooms, and eight classrooms for age 3-4 Pre-K.
Growing Kids Learning Center| South Bend, IN
The June 23, 2019 EF-2 tornado completely destroyed the Growing Kids Learning Center at 17850 Ireland Road in South Bend. Majority Builders completed this beautiful facility that increased the building to 15,500 square feet.
Boys & Girls Club | Plymouth, IN
The Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County building at 314 E. Jefferson Street, Plymouth IN was dedicated March 15th 2018 as “The JoAnn & Leonard Isban Center for Youth”. The 12,000-square foot addition was a Design-Build project by Majority Builders that tied into their existing gymnasium. The new addition included several classrooms, a cafeteria, a climbing wall and two recreational rooms.
Saint Pius X Parish Education Center | Granger, IN
Majority Builders was awarded this project to construct a building addition to the Saint Pius X Parish Education Center in Granger, Indiana. The 15,412 sq. ft. addition consists of a finished multi-purpose basement area, 2-story classrooms with restrooms and resource addition, as well as a new single story cafeteria with kitchen.
Ancilla College Science Building | Donaldson, IN
This competitively bid project was split into general construction, mechanical, and electrical bid packages for a 13,692 sq. ft. Science Building addition that was designed by The Troyer Group to blend in with the campus architecture.
The construction materials consisted of reinforced concrete, masonry, steel joists, steel decking, brick and limestone veneer.

Majority Builders completed the renovation of the Poor Handmaidens of Jesus Christ Motherhouse Cafeteria Serving Area in Donaldson Indiana. This greatly improves the ability to serve their residents.

The 25,453 Sq. Ft. addition was constructed of: Pre-cast Concrete panels, wood frame, brick, EFIS, Stained cedar, Mondo (rubber) flooring in large muscle room, epoxy floors, carpet and sheet goods.
