Drive & Shine Full Service Car Wash Center | Niles, MI
Majority Builders was awarded the contract to build this new 26,614 Sq. Ft. full service car wash facility on a 2.25 acre site in Niles, Michigan at 518 S. 11th St. This is their eighth location and offer services that include: Canopy Auto-Pay Station, automobile detailing, tire rotation & repair, lube services and transmission, coolant & engine flush. It also has an indoor self-service interior cleaning area with vacuums and a mat-cleaning machine.

This 15,347 square foot full service car wash is located at 4035 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN. The car wash includes a conveyor belt platform. A Canopy Auto-Pay Station expedites the payment with a bar-code sticker scanning system. There are self-serve vacuum bays inside and outside. Construction materials consisted of masonry and glass curtain wall.

The owner chose Majority for this 30,100 sq. ft. automobile sales & service facility because of their ability to deliver a quality building project within a short time frame at a very fair price.
The design was to be contemporary and have a great deal of “curb appeal”. Materials included large storefront windows, stained split face block and soft textured EIFS facade with bright accent color bands meant to associate with the Chevrolet blue and Toyota red used on the other Gates dealerships.
Large air circulation fans, energy efficient lighting and bright paint provided work areas that the employees needed for their comfort and detail work. The exterior parking / sales lot utilize energy efficient LED lighting. The owner wanted the high ceilings in the sales floor area. A curved bulkhead repeated the exterior radius facade wall.

Majority Builders renovated an existing 10,000 sq. ft. building at 705 West Ireland Road north of Gates Toyota, and added on this 4340 sq. ft. block structure.
