NEW GATES CHEVROLET BUILDING IN SOUTH BEND COMPLETED
This was a Majority Builders Design-Build project that exceeded the customers’ expectations. The 29,130 sq. ft. building is located at 311 East Ireland Road, South Bend and has 16 service bays along with electric vehicle charging stations. Customers will find the accommodations are first rate.
The Lodge Café at Andean Bear Habitat in Potawatomi Zoo IN South BenD,COMPLETED
What a great experience zoo attenders will have while dining in "The Lodge Café and events space. Inside the Café patrons will have an up-close view of the Andean Bears in their outdoor habitat through the large windows.
MAJORITY BUILDERS COMPLETES SMOOTHIE KING ON GRAPE ROAD IN MISHAWAKA
This 1327 square foot Smoothie King is a striking and attractive structure on Grape Road just north of West McKinley Ave. Their website states: “You’ll see simple things you recognize… whole fruits, organic veggies, and our purposeful powders.

LIONSHEAD METAL FABRICATION & STAMPING FACILITY IN GREENWOOD COMPLETED
This stunning 133,312 total sq. ft. building was a Majority Builders Design-Build project and is located at 1222 South Graham in Greenwood IN. It is the Office Headquarters for its Metal Fabrication & Stamping Facility. The production facility is a precast concrete panel building. The office is structural steel with curtain wall glass.

GROUNDBREAKING FOR DISTRIBUTION FACILITY ON EAST N AVENUE IN KALAMAZOO
Great Lakes Capital and Industrial Partners USA, broke ground on a 296,000 Sq. Ft. distribution facility in Kalamazoo. This project is the first phase of a new 1.2 million Sq. Ft. industrial park with direct access to rail facilities. It’s Majority Builders’ fourth project in the Southwest Michigan region in the last two years and will be completed in October 2023.

LAURA AND JACK BOYD SMITH, JR. PERFORMING ARTS CENTER IN SOUTH BEND COMPLETED
Majority Builders was awarded the contract on this new 7,800 square foot 372 seat Performing Arts Hall constructed on the campus of the existing Stanley Clark School. The project required the demolition of an existing building .
POTAWATOMI ZOO LION EXPERIENCE Completed
This was a Design-Build project by Majority Builders. The habitat consists of a fenced outdoor area with artificial rock structures and two covered viewing structures with eight feet high glass panels that let the attendees get an up-close view of the three lions,, Kembe, Shtuko, and Shaba.
REPURPOSING CONCRETE AND ASPHALT FROM A JOBSITE DEMOLITION
Crushing and reusing concrete and asphalt aggregate saves the cost of hauling in new materials and ensures a lower impact on the environment by lowering the use of new aggregate, reducing transportation costs, fuel emissions and unnecessary landfill.
GROUNDBREAKING FOR ST. JOSSEPH COUNTY YSB CENTER FOR YOUTH SUCCESS
Majority Builders was selected as the Construction Manager for this new 22,221 SQ. FT. YSB Center for Youth Success building that will be built in the 3500 Block of McKinley Avenue, South Bend.
