ARCHITECT
Christopher Kidney is a licensed architect in Arizona and Indiana with over 18 years of experience ranging from high-end custom residential projects to large commercial and industrial projects throughout Michiana. With over a decade of design-focused project experience throughout the country, Christopher applies an innovative approach, and unique design concepts to each project.
Christopher’s diverse portfolio, combined with his depth of knowledge to manage projects of all sizes and scopes, adds to our team effort, delivering the best Design-Build solutions for our customers.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Jordan Anderson, Assoc. AIA brings 4 years of construction experience in architectural designing of commercial buildings and project management. He is highly skilled in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp and has experience in the 3D rendering programs of Lumion and Enscape. He loves working in a team environment. His passion in architecture is helping people turn their dreams into a reality.
VICE PRESIDENT
Dave Paston brings 37 years is cost estimating with 29 years at Majority Builders. Job functions include pre-design budgeting and client guidance during project development on Design/Build projects, evaluating client construction options to align with client’s quality, functional and aesthetic needs. Continual cost monitoring and reporting during plan and specification preparation .
Also preparing initial construction schedules and cash flow analysis for projects, preparing written proposals defining scope of work included, coordinating cost and material requirements with Project Managers, reviewing sub-trade bids for completeness and accuracy, working with subcontractors to achieve best pricing, and determining best plan to expedite overall project delivery time and quality.
VICE PRESIDENT
Gary Paston brings 29 years of construction experience. Job functions include providing pre-construction services ranging from initial budgeting, schematic design and estimating. Cost monitoring through final design, schedule and aligning clients’ budgets and expectations. Preparing project schedules, reviewing sub trade proposals for competitiveness and accuracy. Coordinating with operations team to provide best-plan practices to expedite the completion of the project to be time and on budget.
PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR OF SITE UTILITIES AND EXCAVATION
Shane Blotkamp brings 18 years of construction experience. His responsibilities include project management of site infrastructure, earthwork and drainage. Communications with governing agencies, permitting, erosion control and Clean Water Act requirements. Teaches and trains personnel in required equipment and safety programs.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS ESTIMATOR
Kevin Einspahr brings 19 years of construction experience. He holds all electrical licenses for the electrical division at Majority Builders. Knowledgeable with Takeoff Electrical Lighting, Switchgear, Power, and Low Voltage systems. He has Design build experience with projects ranging from $20k to $1.5m in electrical division. Processes inÂvoicing, subcontracts, and day to day operations.
